Pros

Training to go do the job elsewhere

Cons

Huge turnover in the region for good reason. Give up a significant amount of time for training and Geico treats you like you don't deserve to be there and they really don't seem to care about their staff. The training staff in Virginia is downright disrespectful, extremely pretentious and it creates an overall terrible onboarding experience before you ever work your first shift. You can make more elsewhere as an appraiser doing the same job.

Pros

Competitive salary, retirement plan, annual profit sharing eligibility.
