Meet some great people Benefits other than salary are pretty decent Satisfaction of helping people (when they aren't cussing you out/berating you for simply doing your job)

High claim volume Some imcompotent team members that drag the others down. Senior regional management on the AD side of the house. Low pay vs industry avg

Pros

I have no negative comments. Ultimately I left for another company because my pay wasn't competitive with other companies. -one of the best training programs in the industry. -excellent benefits. -company car personal use policy is better than most other companies.

Cons

Pay not competitive for experienced field adjusters.
