Pros

- Competent HR department - Good supervisors, management - Very easy to promote within - Salary increases are good - Benefits are incredible

Cons

- The amount of work to be done is excessive - Other companies pay more for the same amount of work or less work - Having so much contact with the customer only adds more work for you to do that others typically don't have to worry about - Dealing with total losses

Pros

Great benefits. Very flexible schedules no matter what department. Tons of opportunity!

Cons

None. Everything is as expected. In my experience a lot of people complain about micromanagement or being "on the phones" but it is a call center. It is what you are signing up for.
