Pros

They pay out vacation when you quit

Cons

GEICO is an awful place to work. Managers and above are all stupid at this point. The smart management fled to other carriers by now. The company is a sinking ship and it's only a matter of time before you're fired for nothing or everything collapses for good. Every day at GEICO is like going to hell.

Pros

GEICO offered good pay and decent benefits but nothing special that other companies wouldn't offer.

Cons

No more job security. GEICO is heavily invested in AI and attempting to reduce it's workforce. Middle management is known for setting unrealistic expectations and micromanaging staff too much. Business partners with Vanguard and Blackrock.
