Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are good.

Cons

Some members of management create unrealistic goals, lots of pressure to work unpaid overtime, super stressful, especially when other people call out and you are stuck with dealing with multiple people's phones and multiple people's workloads

Pros

It's a job with some degree of job security

Cons

They have metrics that cannot be met. You will have to work off the clock. Everyone does. Employee have sued, are suing, have complained about it in surveys and reported to the "Ethics" line. Geico continues to use fear and intimidation. If you don't do enough claims that count towards prod, you will loose your job and profit share. Work OT? First of all it isn't authorized and the calculation changes further bringing down your prod goal. We are told we have a new CEO and this "is what he wants."
