Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

Everything is a con. Worst job. Zero structure. Poorly ran. Treats employee like AI bots. Your hard work does not matter as long as you get an excellent survey during people’s worst time of their life. Geico is terribly ran. Use it as a stepping stone and move to a real insurance company.

-401k matching -Accrued PTO -Full time -WFH available -Lot of available OT

Cons

-Micromanaged on how many calls you take per hour -Anything but an EXCELLENT survey hurts you in your stats -Need to maintain a 3.0 overall stat score or higher to ensure position -No room to advance in auto service after hitting grade 63 -Constant monitoring of phone calls -They watch to make sure you are not in any unavailable status and if you are for any reason they instantly question you about it -Super high call volumes (back to back calls no breaks in between) -90% of calls are customers arguing at you about their bills and then those calls get reviewed since everything is recorded
