Pros

Job security, the world would have to end before their isn’t enough work to justify your employment. If you work hard/smart, have common sense, and follow directions you will move up quickly and your pay will go up even quicker

Cons

Work load (every insurance company is like that) The reporting data always seems to be inconsistent. And other big company problems

Pros

Good benefits and pay, company car for personal use etc

Cons

Constantly unbearable workload. You have to filter through what will keep you off of reports instead of a clear avenue of what actually needs to be done. Continually more work than you can handle, but if you don’t finish it you’ll hear about it.

Pros

Yearly Profit Sharing - Nice little savings that the company provides.

Cons

- Unrealistic goals or "Matrix" - High pressure - Geico expects a workload that is equivalent to a 10 - 12 hours shift to be done in 7 hours and 15 minutes (time calculated after two 15 breaks are taken out). Overtime is frown upon.
