Pros

Health insurance is the best, company car is great. Profit sharing is great. Freedom in the field.

Cons

Have to fake a lot of numbers to keep the current AD Manager off your back. MICROMANAGED daily.

Pros

Great benefits, medical, dental, and vision insurance, company match 401k, profit sharing.

Cons

Terrible management, a written test cannot determine if you will be a good manager/supervisor, you also need life skills and people/communication skills. Very numbers driven, you are treated like a robot who can do exactly as programmed, not a human being. Unattainable goals, maybe management should actually do your job for a day and see what it is really like.
