too much micromanaging, productivity expectations are way too high and cause burn out. get ready to be worked to death. They claim to want excellent customer service but you have to get them off the phone quick to hit your quota and your going against everyone else and if your not in the top 25 percent quartile your in trouble. Most importantly never trust anything they say, they are always going back on their word and dont actually care about employees as much as they say. Last, they say they are interested in your growth but its only to go up the claims ladder because its the worst department that gets the worst treatment and they need people in there because of the high turnover.
