Decent pay. Training was hands on.
Cons
Raises were merit based, allegedly. My last two years with the company I did not get a pay raise due to “attendance,” despite having FMLA. Honestly the company was fine my first 3 years there, when Todd Combs stepped in it went down faster than the titanic.
