Pros

Pay is competitive for job

Cons

You are micromanaged more every week, You are only a few failed reinspections or non excellent surveys from being on a coaching plan which is the first step towards termination. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pros

Great pay, great co-workers, good benefits and time off

Cons

numerous unnecessary daily calls from customers and claims agents to AD when they should be referred to shops. Appears departments don't understand ADs role in ARX. We are required to notate claims, but when it comes down to it, no one reads the notes.
