Pros

Profit sharing, 10 week maternity leave, 4 weeks PTO every year (2 for sick time, 2 for vacation) with 4 floating holidays per year, college tuition reimbursement

Cons

Over worked, slightly toxic work environment, when a few people quit they distribute the work out which makes more people quit and leaves the rest of the people with way too much work, they grade you very harshly and it’s easy to miss things because they expect you to work with 100% accuracy

Training is phenomenal, Decent Pay with an excellent bonus program, family feel work environment. Prior to the implementation of ICS a lot of career opportunities

Cons

Lack of communication Low budget provider is felt in every department (Systems) Too Focused on Surveys Utter Chaos - they will make changes to the process on a dime and not tell anyone, the change will put out one fire and three more will pop up in its place
