The pay isn't great, the job gets stressful and overly busy, there isn't much fulfillment in your work, management constantly moves the goalpost on how you need to operate in your role, merit increases got reduced to once a year and the bar has been set higher for people that will actually get a raise. This used to be a good company to work for but it's gone downhill rapidly.
