Pros

Discounts, company car with free gas, provided uniform

Cons

If you’re young, do something else. A lot of claims, unfair rules on over time pay. Little room to advance. No care for your personal well being

Pros

They pay out vacation when you quit

Cons

GEICO is an awful place to work. Managers and above are all stupid at this point. The smart management fled to other carriers by now. The company is a sinking ship and it's only a matter of time before you're fired for nothing or everything collapses for good. Every day at GEICO is like going to hell.
