Metrics and goals are so high the only way you can meet them is working through your breaks and working off the clock every day. If you have at 5pm, your boss makes a smug comment. It's totally normal to come to work on a Saturday unpaid to catch up on work. You will work holidays. Hours are not flexible. Work from home was eliminated. If you're fired they will fight your unemployment claim. You will change bosses like underwear. New month, new boss. There isn't support when you need it. If you need guidance on something, it's not available.

The most toxic, unethical company I’ve ever worked for. If it’s not illegal, and they can get away with it, no matter how unethical, they will do it to their employees. The relationship between employee and the company has direct parallels to abusive/dv situations. The majority of people working there are on some form of medication for mental health, which says a lot about the company “culture”.
