Geico is overall a good company. If you work hard, you will be rewarded in the form of raises, more favorable shifts, and promotions. At the entry level, each supervisor is assigned to about 9 employees, so you can have more individualized attention. Cons

Very micro managed, very strict metrics (but everything is layed out in front of you so its not unexpected) some unfavorable shifts. Not a lot of work/life balance, you clock in and go go go until you clock out, can be stressful.
