Pros

Great pay, great benefits, very helpful supervisors and coaching staff. They offer 4 day work weeks which are great and allow for a lot of free time. They will work with you to help you achieve success!

Cons

Very high volume of calls, a lot of claims to manage. Goals can be very challenging to meet. A lot of things to remember to do on each call.
