Field AD should be given more authority as they are the eyes and ears and have their hands on the actual cars. Also understand each territory geographically is not the same and adjust metrics to match territory areas. Team work and having a team that trusts and supports one another is crucial. Mistakes are inevitable and some customers and even shops sadly will bully or try to abuse surveys and similar measures to get their way or payments but don't blame the employee. Value the ones who do the work and have the passion and drive for the work itself. Profit sharing is great but it cannot buy or replace passion, authenticity, integrity and a love for cars and the work itself. It does take a certain kind of person to want to do this kind of work and when you find the ones crazy enough to do it willingly ya really gotta hang onto them and make sure they know you do value them
