Fair pay if $20 an hour is fair for all the services you have to perform

Cons

Toxic, no matter how well you do, it is not good enough. Promised one minute between calls, got zero time. Have to login early and do not get paid, required to take calls 5 minutes after start time. No one is trained properly and everyone is confronted for not knowing the position.
