Pros

Flexibility with virtual positions now available.

Cons

Micro management, overload of processes & raises based on performance with absurd workload. Feels like a set up for “failure” and burnout.

Pros

Compensation and benefits, both very good and lower cost as compares to other companies. Maximum control over your daily activities, as long as over the long term you meet your metrics.

Cons

Currently not staffed properly. The staff that is here has not been trained for field work thoroughly. Managers at all levels don't appear to be out in front of the issue addressing daily what steps are being taken to resolve the staffing problems.
