Compared to any other tech job there are none anymore, used to be good 10 years ago but since Todd Combs has came in as CEO it has been a steady downhill run.

Cons

Benefits were cut, 12k people laid off in last year with zero notice, pay is subpar for SWE, no communication from CEO in 8+ months, toxic environment, etc.
