      They pay salary every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      Worst culture ever! Massive layoffs every 6-12 months. C-level executives have no clue how to run this company. They will drain you completely and as a reward give you an annual 2k bonus (no joke!)

      No transparency, no recognition and not everyone cares about the work they are putting in. This makes hard workers work even more to make up for the others that don’t.
