      Pros

      The contract that I work for the work is easy and the environment and people that I work with make it worth it.

      Cons

      You will always end up working over a 80 hour period. One time I worked 96 hours and only got paid for 80. The extra hours do not go to leave. You don't get sick hours. They say your salary but really your salary and hourly whenever its beneficial for the company. Your checks will never be the same every time you get paid.

      Pros

      GEM is a really good company, takes care of their employees, have their best interest and making sure everyone is happy with bonuses and team building events. In fact, in comparison to other companies, GEM is like a family rather than 9-5 job and have awesome employee events such as family days, sporting events outings, cruises, luncheons and holiday parties.

      Cons

      Based on the contract awarded positions the promotion to the next level is not available if new hire comes in at a Sr Level. Once you are at the top there is no where else to go. Different story if new hire is an entry level or mid-level employee.
