      Pros

      I started with GEODIS 24 years ago as a forklift operator while attending college because GEODIS offered a flexible schedule. The opportunities within GEODIS have provided myself and others to develop new skills and work in career paths that we wouldn't have even thought of on the first day of employment. The trust, commitment and support from GEODIS Teammates allows you to take on different challenges continuing to grow and perform within your role and beyond.

      Cons

      GEODIS has opened doors for me for over twenty years and its my decision each day if I want to add to those years. I have yet to find a reason to not continue each day with GEODIS and focus on the positive for myself and our Teammates.

      Pros

      It depends on your direct boss and their director. I worked in 4 different accounts and I would say it was okay at best.

      Cons

      Work holidays, weekends as mandatory work. As a supervisor your life was important to you more than them! Pay was not at the top of the chart and be prepared to work as much as they need you!
