      -work is mostly flexible -there are benefits and a401k available. -There is a positive and friendly culture overall

      Good office, free coffee and water, good location, an office with lot of lights and lean optimized area. Medium salary

      Cons

      Terrible organization, huge workload for the employees, bad organization of the teams, terrible management, team leader which doesn't know the process. Bad atmosphere, not enough room to be promoted.

      Pros

      People are friendly. The company likes to give out GEODIS bling (t-shirts, jackets, etc.).

      Cons

      Rialto's senior leaders are horrible. There's a great deal of favoritism, unprofessional behavior, bullying and no collaboration amongst leadership. The high turnover speaks volumes about what is really going on with this site.
