      Lots of issues from which you can learn more and more but that's it!

      Cons

      Lack of respect towards employees, lack of interest in motivating the employees, ancient methods of working, investment in people and technology, Internal promotional opportunities are less. Takes employees for granted. Long hours are not recognized in any way. Lame health insurance.
