      They have a great company culture. It is easy to gain experience in management and process improvement. Overall good company.

      The Hr department and recruiting is very slow. They can take weeks to get back with you. This is really the only con.

      Upper management makes decisions without any regard for employees. They take take away small privileges for no reason and there is almost no incentive to work hard.
