      Solid Company with offices worldwide, actually owned by SNCF French Railways, (Ultimately the French Government). Employ over 55,000 people worldwide.

      Cons

      French owned and managed, what works in France does not necessarily work in UK. Senior Management should listen and react to local conditions and not always be led by Head Office in Paris
