I think your critique couldn’t be further from the truth. All Geodis Canada employees are great including their supervisors.
Your assessment of the management team seems bitter. Your entitled to your opinion, however, it comes across as resentful. Not knowing your situation, I can only assume your experience is negative. Ask yourself how much of it is on you rather than the company. The Canadian management team are well educated and always act professionally at all times.
As you’re most likely aware, Geodis Canada always obtains one of the highest scores globally on their annual employee survey which suggests while not perfect, the Canadian management team are doing several good things very well for their employees. If you’re not happy, you have an opportunity on the survey to voice your opinions, not on an online message board.
I am not sure I understand your “1980’s values” comment. Seems unfounded. From personal experience, I can assure you the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Every company has issues. What I do know, Geodis Canada’s strength is their people and this is proven by the tenure of a substantial number of our employees.
I’m sorry your experience here is not good but I need to put in my two cents.
