Pros
-Manager is great, very patient and will teach you the ropes from start to finish, extremely approachable - very understanding team and inviting dynamic - convenient location right off the 427 hwy - casual relaxed environment
Cons
- work can seem tedious and stressful at times ( however what job isn't) - lack of technological support / new technology causes many areas of manual data entry - working international clients has its fair share of challenges, many issues are due to internal geodis issues between countries - not much room for growth or promotion, however company is growing and doing quite well
