      The employees kept me there.

      Cons

      I was trapped in an account were I was bullied by co-supervisors. The ops managers enabled this to make it a hostile work environment. I was also harassed by one of the senior directors in 2013 and because I don’t have emails I was unable to act on the situation so I quit.

      Pros

      I did not get much, if any, training so my job was easy. That's listed under pros, but it is definitely not.

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance, was working 6 days, 10 hours a day. Upper management doesn't care about hourly employees. No strive for optimization or efficiency. No room for improvement in the operation.
