Once upon a time this was a company that cared about you as a person and offered opportunity to advance with direction and vision from upper management. They paid very well and always on time.
Cons
So many changes in management resulted in a lack of vision and comradarie. Lost touch with basic values of employee well-being and became lost groping for profit increases to satisfy ever changing share holders without developing a sound business plan.
