Pros

Inclusive workspace that values diversity and fosters a supportive environment. Strong sense of community, with opportunities to bond with colleagues through various activities and initiatives. Flexible schedule. The option to change clients, offering variety and new professional challenges. Exposure to multiple domains and industries, enabling continuous learning and growth. Access to apps, tools, and training programs that support skill development and career advancement. Opportunities to interact with people from around the world, gaining experience with diverse cultures and perspectives.

Cons

In my experience: Compensation may be below market average, including salary and benefits, compared to similar companies in the industry. Inconsistent training, guidance, and onboarding experiences, which can make the initial transition more challenging. Some HR platforms and internal systems are not very user-friendly, affecting efficiency. At times, limited management involvement, which may lead to lack of direction or support. In certain situations, experiences of micromanagement or inconsistent handling of challenging situations, which can impact team morale and trust.

Pros

You get a Hybrid Work Culture

Cons

The Job Profile will not be what has been discussed in the interview &/or match with the JD. They are targetting Managers & above and asking them to leave based on not meeting their expectations (just a tool used for sacking employees). If you are new, they will extend your probation period & then sack you based on not meeting the expectations. If you survive all of the above, you will be slogging daily 12-15 hours and will be working till late night which will impact your physical & mental heatlh. Please note this is going on with employees of all departments.

Pros

Private, less pressure on quarterly earnings. Strong focus on development and use of Agentic AI...leans into historical technology roots. Hybrid work flexibility. Good pool of senior leaders. All in on AI. Great learning environment for junior team members.

Cons

Need to be comfortable with some level of ambiguity. Relationships are very helpful for learning/staffing. Comp is "OK" based on anecdotal information though that is improving.
