Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company truly stands out for its strong leadership, employee-centric culture, and supportive work environment. There is a genuine focus on employee engagement and well-being, with multiple initiatives that help employees feel valued and connected. One of the best aspects is the learning culture. The organization provides excellent learning benefits, including free access to LinkedIn Learning for every employee, which is a great opportunity to upskill and grow professionally. Work-life balance is also well maintained, and the overall environment is collaborative and people-friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to work, learn, and grow with a strong people culture and supportive leadership.

Cons

The only area that could be improved is compensation, as the pay scale seems slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry.

Pros

1) Drives real global social impact with visible outcomes 2) Strong leadership trust and executive exposure 3) Works closely with NGOs and community partners 4) Opportunity to build and scale CSR programs globally 5) Chance to shape culture and mentor teams 6) Lastly, it is my passion to give it back to the society and GEP/GEPSI has given me the platform to express it.

Cons

1) CSR impact can take time; results aren’t always immediate 2) Challenges to attract people to be active consistently for CSR events and stay motivated.
