Pros

Leadership motivates people to grow within the company and provides open, direct spaces for dialogue (e.g., weekly Menti sessions). Flexible work model, including work from home and 2–4 site visits per month. Employee communities to interact and collaborate with colleagues. Activities organized throughout the entire year. Birthday day off and private health insurance.

Cons

The only complain is that there is no annual bonuses.

Pros

GEP has been a great place for me to grow both professionally and personally. The company has a deeply embedded culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which creates a strong foundation to focus on what truly matters—work that is strategic and impactful. It’s an environment where everyone’s voice is valued, and meetings are spaces where people are genuinely heard and considered. For me, GEP has also been a workplace free of fear, and that makes a meaningful difference in how you perform, collaborate, and develop

Cons

Like many organizations operating in a fast-changing business environment, GEP faces the constant challenge of keeping pace with rapid technological and market disruption. This means that teams are continuously expected to adapt, grow, and demonstrate their ability to add value. While the company provides many tools and resources to support this, the pace and expectations can sometimes create pressure that employees need to actively manage. At the same time, this dynamic environment also encourages learning, resilience, and professional growth
