No major Cons, Compensation can be improved.

No work life balance Keeps pushing the work on others and forces people to stretch late nights and work on weekends. Literally this year they are making employees to work every weekend . Worst team leads and Managers. They don't follow any rules but asks their reportees to follow. They feel like employee should respond quickly doesn't matter what they are in .if the status of the employee is available and he don't reply then the team lead says that if your status is available you need to pick the call if you went to bring water then you need to keep your status away and go . Worst politics . Team lead tries to blame the one who is silent and do the work he says. He blames employee for his mistake.
