Pros

I started my career in GEP and it was a good experience. Since it was my first job so I didn't mind stretching late. The quality of work was good and there were new challenges every day. Now that I am out I realize how it transformed me into a corporate professional.

Cons

1. Unplanned work and no proper estimation. 2. Frequent changes to the team results in chaos. 3. Frequent last minute changes on every release is frustrating

Environment which rewards high performers with more responsibility. High level of access to senior management. True meritocracy

Cons

Deals are often oversold, placing the delivery team in a challenging position. Work life balance is promoted but at certain accounts there is not a proper balance

Great place to learn work skills. The company provides comfortable work atmosphere for early stage professionals and graduates. Overall, good exposure and opportunities to excel. HR provides ample opportunities to provide employees with diverse technical and soft skill trainings.

Cons

Just like any other organisation, you need to be behind your supervisors to achieve your individual growth.
