To keep it simple, no workplace is perfect and it’s the Culture here that makes you happy. After spending 5+ years, I can say for sure, if you are intent in growing through learning, humility and hard work, GEP is one of the better places to work at. The company is growing fast consistently and so are you working with the skilled teams/managers. It’s a flat organization, you have supporting employees, flexibility, an atmosphere where you don’t have to strive but just need to do your Best Work. Growth prospects are good with exposure to international clients and travel opportunities. You really get a one-on-one opportunity to really talk about your goals, your future, and also the future and state of the company itself where you can envision your future.
