Pros

nothing . try to understand, why & how soon people are leaving. no proper salary according to work.try to give proper training for new joinees, even though they've had experience or not

Cons

Firm has more people from call centre back ground who are made to do procurement related activities. Many employee don't have knowledge even of company's own tools. There is no SCM work though it is mentioned on website.... Clients are running away.... Company thinks that they are better than AT Kerney, KPMG & other procurement advisory firms. For name shake it is MNC - only people playing politics can stay here. Favouritism. No 360 degree appraisal. HR ppl are roam like they are in kinder garten. Employee are made to pay for transport & you will reaching home after complete Navi Mumbai darshan.

Pros

An organization that has seen tremendous growth right from its inception. Run by a Leadership team that is down to earth and willing to listen as well as having an appetite for risk. Comprising of a young, talented and animated pool of employees who operate in a lean environment. Providing numerous opportunities to learn and contribute to the firm outside one's roles and responsibilities. Excellent Mentorship program up to the mid management level.

Cons

While it does try to maintain a balance between Client and Employee satisfaction like any growing organization it puts Client first. Like any other organization career growth depend on your visibility within the organization. Hence, one needs to look at ways to gain visibility.

So far, so good. Little patience is needed though.

Pros

Good learning experience, opportunity to work with clients from diverse geographies, flat hierarchy, meritocratic. The company is going through the consolidation phase and hence, there are broken processes; but management is willing to invest in fixing these processes, which is a good sign for a growing company.

Cons

Thus far, HR practices were literally absent. However, it appears that management has turned a corner.
