Pros

Providing great software for network security and emailing. Having really great people to work with. Always having a combined team effort to deliver new software updates for our products.

Cons

Teams are distributed by the nature of the work (fully remote) so you don't have that classic 'office' feeling any more, but this is a global trend anyway nowadays.

Very unexperienced people around are holding titles like Software Engineering Manager / VP of something etc. At least it's a good place for them earning money while being brain washed to fit into the model :)

Cons

When the new CEO took over, he brought a mess and made a gross mismanagement asking people to fall into the model. Many people resigned, some were fired and its future is more than clear.
