Pros

The industry is great and the environment is pleasant. GFI has software used on thousand of SMB servers around the world be it in US, EMEA or APAC. Working in security software or archiving software or faxing software is always interesting as well as other software categories GFI embarks upon.

Cons

Lots of changes in the business could create some confusion at first till people get used to the changes.

Great experience builder. Potential to grow, if under the right manager (read not sales).

Cons

Execs have too much ego. They preach about being open to change, but refuse to change lost areas. No real strategy (changes every few months).
