This could be a great workplace with proper leadership and a commitment to inclusivity, but until those issues are addressed, I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking a healthy, supportive environment.

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disheartening. The office culture was toxic. Instead of fostering teamwork and respect, management allowed a “clique” culture to thrive, where only certain staff members were included and others were deliberately excluded. Communication was poor, Favouritism was evident, and constructive feedback was rarely offered. Efforts to raise concerns were met with defensiveness or dismissal, indicating that employee well-being was not a priority.
