Pros

Company has more benefits .

Cons

Worst management and work ethics. Even you work extra there's no overtime or compensation you get. If a person complains about anything get fired/terminated without any cause.

Pros

GFL has given me the opportunity to grow and make a lasting impact within the organization. There is no glass ceiling when it comes to progressing here. If you work hard and want to advance, managers will give you opportunities to do so.

Cons

There is a lot of changing and updating processes. It feels like sometimes there is not a clear idea but they are trying new things. It’s good if you pick up on processes quickly but not so much so those that have trouble with change.

Pros

- Day to day work is similar which provides some stability in certain roles but no growth.

Cons

- Employee engagement initiatives are okay if you’re invited, however some management or issues create an unstable work environment. - Performance reviews show a lack of professionalism, education, and ability to actually review or teach instead of critique and investigate. - Certain individuals choose to create their own job titles and cause constant disruptions in the workplace adding little to no value. - Remuneration issues create a toxic work environment and lack of common sense or professionalism. - Turnover becomes an issue with a lack of willingness of certain individuals to work with others for underlying motives and unethical reasons or factors. Some choose to burn bridges instead of forge alliances and build teams. - Sexism by both women and men - There is also a lack of growth given company debt and restructuring or divestments. There is a genuine lack of trust built over time given multiple factors. - Consistent resistance and attacks/harassment without reprimanding individuals or critiques, toxic culture, management, turnover, toxicity of certain groups and individuals, remuneration, no growth - Nobody follows the rules - Speaking other languages in the office - Disruptions at desks during working hours - Health and safety issues in an office environment - Too many too list all cons as we have better things to do than review on Glassdoor.
