Competent colleagues, autonomy, decent base salary.

Cons

Need to have a Mensa doctotate to understand their comp plan. Faaaaar too many managers above branch managers in this company. All brought on the last 3-4 years. That amount of bloated overhead and lack of operational ACTUAL management, is costing this companies profit margins to suffer greatly.
