      Pros

      I'm celebrating three months at Gannett Fleming, and I'm still enjoying the new job. The people I work with are supportive, helpful, and great to work with. I enjoy the work we do, and I love that we collaborate on how best to handle each project. Communication is key in our business, and Gannett Fleming is nailing it. Our group of employees feel like family.

      Cons

      The first week started a little slow with the onboarding and IT set up stuff. I'm thankful that Gannett Fleming schedules your onboarding over multiple weeks with breaks between so that you aren't overwhelmed by all of it.
