Excellent work/life balance. No overtime is required, so weekends and Holidays are our own. Everyone is treated as the adult that they are, and are empowered to make a majority of the decisions. Sure, there are Policies and Procedures in place, but they are not set in concrete. If someone wants to make some sort of an exception, all they need to do is ask. Everyone has total control over their market - who, what, when, where and how they sell - they just need to be able to sell. There are no minimums, no constantly increasing Quota's, no caps on commissions, not Territories, and no other restrictions in place. If you can sell, you have total control. If you CAN'T sell, then this may not be the place for you. Everyone is treated as the adult that they are, there is no patience for entry-level people, and everyone has total P&L responsibility and control over thier market. Everyone here is here to help everyone else, so if you run into a problem or have a question, all you have to do is just ask - and people step up to help. The only restrictions you have here are the restrictions you place on yourself. If you fail, here, it's because you allowed yourself to fail. If you have the ability to sell, and have that confidence in your ability to sell, you can be very, very successful. The top guys here are all earning in excess of $200K, and those that are only earning $50K do so because they don't put out the same effort to get there. It's THEIR choice.
Cons
Being Traeted like the Adult that you are. It's a double-edged sword. Sure, you can reap the benefits, but you also have to be willing to suffer the consequences of poor perforamnce or your inactions, as well. If you work hard, you do very well here. If you're lazy (like the other poster), you will likley fail. It's your choice.
