      Pros

      Colleagues are good to work with, Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Bullying by managers some of which know nothing about the work. Not enough time to complete projects due to lack of knowledge by management. HR incompetent. Fear of redundancy. Working in teams from all over the world causing issues with time zones. Used to be great when you worked in local teams. People being overlooked for roles because of positive discrimination rather than letting the qualified person get the role.
