      Large company with seemingly lots of opportunity and corporate initiatives and success in their markets.

      Cons

      Overall compensation is not great - employee pays into health benefits, annual raises are lack lustre and no bonuses and no overtime or lieu time. Onboarding was very impersonal. Feels very top-heavy in terms of management and difficult to get what you need as the mid-level is pulled in so many directions. Proposal team in NA needs more standard procedures and a reliable content library.
