Good coworkers, good work-life balance. Some teams are good, but some are NOT.

Cons

If you get into the wrong team, you will notice that. I'm not lucky, the PM was lack of technical knowledge, did not take responsibility and blamed his team members. The workload was not stable. And see my headline...seriously, I don't understand.
