      Inept Charlatans Go Condescending With Lack of Accountability

      Pros

      Keep you long enough to stab you in the back when times get tough.

      Cons

      Turnover, turnover, turnover. Poor hit rate on sales. Sustainability to the decision makers (executioners) means cut the productive individuals who won't succumb to corporate foolishness. Berate and misrepresent employee reputations with out substantial evidence.

      Pros

      So far I have been very pleased on how the company handles there employees. The largest benefit I see is that the company is employee owned and this leads to a culture of everyone working for everyone to succeed. There isn't a competitive 'me versus you' culture, instead an environment where everyone pushes everyone else to succeed.

      Cons

      GHD is going through a transformation, for some this can be painful, especially for the employees who have been with the company from the CRA days. Some might not be able to see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.

      Pros

      Large pool of resources. Offices throughout California.

      Cons

      All the profits goes mostly back to the corporate in Australia. Thin bonus and staff perks. Mass exodus of staff when GHD took over a local firm Winzler & Kelly. A lot of technical skills and senior leadership left along with them.
